Do I need to register/create an account to purchase a product?

No, you don’t need to make an account to purchase a product. However, making an account will make it easier to keep track of your past orders just in case if you would like to reorder your favourite e-liquids again.

I have forgotten my password, help?

That’s no problem, just press the ‘lost your password’ button below the login panel, then just enter the email address you registered with and you will receive instructions on your email on what to do next. If you cannot see the email, please check your spam/junk folders.

Is the e-liquid premium quality?

Our liquid is manufactured in our designated clean room ensuring highest quality and consistency using only finest Pharma grade ingredients sourced within the UK and USA to ensure you always get the very best vaping experience.

What is the strength of the e-liquid?

Our liquids are nicotine free and ready to be used in conjunction with the widely available nicotine solutions in various strengths to suit your vaping preferences.

Does vaping any effect on blood sugar levels?

According to research sweeteners used in the manufacturing of e-liquid (sucralose, ethyl maltol, erythritol) have no significant effect on body sugar levels therefore can be used by diabetics.

Does the e-liquid damage the coils?

We at Joe’s Juice believe that great balance of sweetness without adding additional sweetening agents known to damage the coil can be achieved by mastering use of flavour pairing resulting in the fact that our liquids are coil friendly.

How is my item posted?

All orders made before 1pm are sent the same day for next day delivery and after 1pm on the next working day. Subject to UK mail collection time. Items are only sent on business days Monday to Friday. UKMail do not deliver on weekends Over the weekend they will be sent on the following Monday.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an itemised invoice with your order.

Are postage prices included when I buy a product?

No, we only charge for the products you purchase, however postage prices are charged by the carrier [e.g DHL and Royal Mail]

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment method we accept are card payments registeredthrough Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diner’s Club, Amex and JCB

Ordered products to the wrong address, what do I do?

If your order has not been shipped yet, then please contact us at Joe’s Juice and we wil sort that out for you.

If your order has been shipped and is with the mail courier, please contact them as we are not responsible for any orders that have left our unit.

Can I return my products?

If you are looking to make a return, please take a look below:

  • If you ordered any vape hardware, you can return it and we will either process a refund or send you a replacement.
  • If you ordered e-liquid and if the security seal is unopened, you can contact us to organise a return and we can either process you a refund or send a replacement.
  • If you ordered e-liquid and the security seal is removed, please get in contact with us.

I have ordered the wrong item, what do I do?

If you ordered the wrong item, please get in contact with us and we will be able to help you receive your correct item.

What delivery options do you offer?

We use DHL business day service at £4.20.

We offer free delivery for order’s over £40, also shipped using  DHL business day next day

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


We use DHL next business day service at £4.20 per order.

For orders made in the UK before 1 PM, Monday – Thursday delivery will generally be the next working day. In some cases cases it may vary, please contact us on 0115 648 5130 if you have not received your order within 3 days. 

Joe’s Juice Limited does not operate on weekends. Orders made after 1 PM Friday will be processed the next working day.


Delivery date and prices vary depending on your country of residence.

International delivery charges vary depending on the country and weight of the items. All products are shipped the next working day if orders are placed before 1 PM.

Its important to note that the maximum weight of parcels being shipped overseas is 2KGs, therefore please use the figures below as reference when you are placing your order of e-liquids:

  • 200ml bottle = 270 grams
  • 100ml bottle = 144 grams
  • 50ml  bottle = 76 grams
  • 10ml bottle = 20 grams

Joe’s Juice Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customeer (tarrifs, taxes, returns, etc.)

All international shipments will be supplied with a commercial invoice which will be emailed to the customers. As we currently do not hold updated UFI Codes for all countries which makes it difficult to ships nicotine. WE DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS CONTAINING NICOTINE.


Prices vary on the size and destination of each small parcel sent. You can find prices for weights and destination zones on pages 12, 13 & 14 of Royal Mail’s 2021 Guide.

We offer international shipping to countries worldwide but due to constant changes in regulations, they are subject to change at any time.

I have a faulty product, what happens now?
